Shortlists of hotels and venues that fit your headcount, budget, and program, with meeting space and catering terms compared side by side.

Speakers & VIPs

Individual stays for keynotes, sponsors, and leadership, booked with preferred-partner perks where available.

On the ground

Transfers, group dinners, and off-site events. During the conference we are reachable 24/7 for anything travel-related.

01How is the fee set?

Every conference is different, so we don't publish a rate. After our call we quote a fee based on the number of attendees, the number of properties involved, and the services you need. You get it in writing before we start.

02Where do you book?

Anywhere in the world. We work through a global network of hotel partners and local suppliers.

03Is there a minimum or maximum size?

No. We work with conferences of dozens to thousands of attendees.

04How far ahead should we reach out?

For large conferences, 9 to 18 months gives the best choice of venues and room-block rates. Smaller events can come together in a few months.

05Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. We plan for attendees of all diets, and we send any dietary restrictions to every hotel and venue in writing so they can accommodate them where possible.
